Refund policy

We know choosing fit and size online can be tricky, so we offer free returns on most items.

We happily accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, with original tags attached, and returned in the original polybag packaging, undamaged and intact, in resellable condition.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date

  • You’ll need your order number or gift receipt

  • Return shipping is covered once per order. If you make additional return shipments from the same order, you are responsible for return postage on those shipments.

Returns that don’t meet these requirements may receive a partial refund or no refund at all. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refunds. 

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Need a Different Size or Style?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, just request a return for your original item and place a new order for the one you'd like.


How to Initiate a Return

You have two options:

Option 1 – Self-Service Return

You can start a return yourself:

  1. Go to your account: https://shopify.com/62143332536/account

  2. Log in or create an account using the same email used to place your order

  3. Select the order you'd like to return

  4. Follow the steps to request a return

Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label.

Option 2 – Email Us

If you prefer not to create an account, email help@elroo.bike with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing depends on your card issuer or bank.


Partial or No Refunds May Apply If:

  • The item is not in its original condition, tags are missing or not in polybag packaging. 

  • The return is postmarked more than 30 days after purchase

  • The item is marked Final Sale

  • The item is a gift card


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive store credit for the value of the return

  • Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
